In this pivotal role, you will be the technical architect and operational lead for our end-to-end enterprise IT environment.
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will spearhead the design, deployment, and optimization of robust network architectures, complex systems, and cloud-native solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and security of enterprise-wide systems, ensuring 99.9% availability and high performance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) integration and transition projects to support scalable business operations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to support 5G network integration, ensuring seamless connectivity and low-latency performance.
- Establish and enforce IT infrastructure policies, standard operating procedures, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of systems administrators and network engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to optimize IT spend and service delivery.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in network architecture (Cisco/Juniper), server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Linux/Windows server environments.
- Proven experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid-cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of 5G network architecture, telecommunications infrastructure, or IoT environments is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
