We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Infrastructure Manager to join PERSOL and oversee our critical technology operations within the Semicon/Manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of our enterprise IT infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex manufacturing requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring that our operational processes are supported by secure, efficient, and future-proof systems. You will manage complex IT landscapes, oversee network architecture, and implement best practices in IT governance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable IT infrastructure tailored to the specific demands of the semiconductor and manufacturing industry.
- Oversee the architecture, deployment, and management of network systems, servers, and data center operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and third-party IT services.
- Lead and mentor IT teams to ensure high performance and professional development within the department.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical assets.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a strong preference for candidates in the Semicon/Manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical expertise in network protocols, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Certifications such as CCNP, VCP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead technical teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
