Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in planning and implementing IT security measures to protect company data and assets.
- Facilitate overseas business travel requirements, ensuring necessary technical support is available remotely.
- Prepare reports on IT system performance and infrastructure status for management review.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software systems across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations within an MNC or listed company environment.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, server management, and system administration.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings and technical deployments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
