Binar Academy, Indonesia's leading tech education platform, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our critical infrastructure initiatives in Jakarta Selatan. This is a rewarding contract position offering a competitive monthly salary package of IDR 13,000,000 – 14,000,000.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your unique hybrid background—combining robust project management expertise with 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience—to oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects involving cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), network infrastructure, server management, and system scalability. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical project plans and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/GCP), including migrations, scaling, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with network, security, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration, high availability, and minimal downtime.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and external vendor relationships to ensure optimal value delivery.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to document lessons learned, identify improvements, and enhance project management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of total experience in IT, with at least 2+ years specifically as an IT Project Manager handling infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of 1–2 years working as a Software Developer, Engineer, or in a highly technical hands-on role.
- Deep understanding of core IT infrastructure domains: Cloud Services (AWS/GCP), Networking, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, and Security.
- Solid experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Cloud-specific certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP) are highly desirable.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal, is required to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
