We are currently looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and securely to support our clinical and administrative operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall health of our server, network, and storage infrastructure. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and security. You will also play a key part in disaster recovery planning and execution, as well as maintaining documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's servers, network equipment, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Collaborate with IT team and external vendors to support projects and system enhancements.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
