Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects focusing on automation and resilience
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and compliance frameworks
- Monitor system performance with proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business objectives
- Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for infrastructure management
- Mentor junior specialists and conduct technical training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 2+ years in lead/mentorship role
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network technologies
- Certifications in CompTIA, Cisco, or cloud architecture preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) and infrastructure automation tools
- Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks and threat mitigation
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities
