Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain and update company IT documentation and inventory records.
- Support the setup and configuration of workstations and software applications.
- Participate in data backup procedures and basic cybersecurity maintenance tasks.
- Help monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve technical bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and office software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
