Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and testing of AI-driven tools and business process automation scripts.
- Support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting existing hardware and software infrastructure.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions on time.
- Participate in system upgrades and data analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and logic (Python, Java, or C# is a plus).
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
