- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Manage IT inventory, including tracking assets, maintenance scheduling, and procurement assistance
- Document IT procedures, policies, and technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to senior IT staff

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
