Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting network and computer issues.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system changes accurately.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues to the IT team.
- Perform routine updates and security patches on company devices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on special projects and system upgrades.
- Help maintain an organized and secure IT environment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
