Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Participate in the maintenance and updates of company systems and networks.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Support the configuration and setup of new workstations and peripherals.
- Assist in the development and testing of software applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers and engineers on technical projects.

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
