Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and office peripherals.

- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security maintenance tasks.
- Assist in managing software licenses and hardware inventory records.

- Document recurring technical issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting utilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
