Tanggung Jawab
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of core banking IT systems and infrastructure
- Assist in deploying and testing software updates, security patches, and network configurations
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects including system migrations and digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and backup operations
- Collaborate with vendors during system implementations and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and database fundamentals
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, or SQL) is advantageous
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
