Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and hardware.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and testing of software applications and operating systems.
- Contribute to the documentation of IT workflows, network diagrams, and asset inventories.
- Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing digital transformation and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Conduct regular system health checks and assist in maintaining network security protocols.
- Support the team in inventory management of IT equipment and peripheral devices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, Windows/Linux environments, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and proactive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team-based culture.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems or basic programming/scripting is considered a plus.
