Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT department in routine administrative tasks, including hardware monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Support project tracking and documentation to ensure all IT initiatives are meeting established timelines.
- Perform regular data updates and integrity checks within our internal management systems.
- Help in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for ongoing IT projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks through technical support.
- Maintain organized records of IT inventory, assets, and software licenses.
- Assist in testing new system features and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to gain insights into enterprise-level IT strategy and execution.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive learner who is eager to take on new technical challenges and responsibilities.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and system documentation.
- Available for a full-time or part-time internship commitment in Taguig City.
