Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in the maintenance and monitoring of office hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to staff regarding basic computer hardware and software issues.
- Participate in the development and documentation of internal software tools and system updates.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure system security protocols are being followed.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Contribute to the troubleshooting of system errors and provide timely status reports to the IT supervisor.
- Support the team in conducting research on new technologies to optimize current business workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
