Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software systems.
- Participate in software development activities, including writing code, debugging, and testing applications under supervision.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements for company processes.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support the setup and configuration of network environments, including local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues reported by internal staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking principles.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment.
- Ability to work full-time and be based in Manila City, Metro Manila.
