Tanggung Jawab
- Support IT operations through comprehensive data preparation and analysis.
- Generate and present basic ticket trend summaries to help management identify service gaps.
- Identify recurring technical issues and document them for internal reference and knowledge base updates.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of local IT infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to streamline service desk workflows and improve response times.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Participate in IT department meetings and contribute to ongoing technology projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (functions, pivot tables, and charts).
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
