Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT-related issues
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security measures
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Relevant certifications or coursework in IT are a plus
