Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT assets including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and network equipment
- Help document IT assets, processes, and procedures for the Asset Operations Team
- Assist in the deployment and installation of software updates and patches across company systems
- Provide basic technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues
- Participate in inventory management of IT equipment and accessories
- Collaborate with the IT team on special projects and system improvements
- Maintain accurate records of IT asset movements and changes
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Must be available for on-site work in BGC/Makati area
