Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
- Provide front-line technical support to employees, resolving common software and connectivity issues.
- Support the IT team in monitoring network performance and maintaining reliable system backups.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory using our internal management systems.
- Help implement security patches and updates to ensure compliance with company data protection policies.
- Document technical procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team on special projects and office equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work on-site in Ortigas and commit to the internship duration.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for learning new technologies.
