Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and network infrastructure
- Support hardware/software installation, configuration, and testing
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Provide remote technical support to employees via ticketing systems
- Monitor system performance and report security vulnerabilities
- Collaborate on IT projects including system upgrades and migrations

Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in BS IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
