Tanggung Jawab
- Provide basic IT support to staff members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage and track IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user requests
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deactivation of accounts
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge base maintenance
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations across company devices
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT team lead
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
