Ipenet Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented IT Interns (Hardware) to join our dynamic team in Penang. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in providing first-level technical support to our clients through both remote and onsite troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
You will work closely with our senior technicians to diagnose hardware faults, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform first-level technical support for hardware-related issues via phone, email, or remote desktop.
- Conduct onsite troubleshooting and hardware repairs for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and hardware components to ensure availability for repairs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices for hardware maintenance and security.
- Provide technical guidance to end-users on hardware usage and basic troubleshooting steps.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Motherboard, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian citizenship or work permit is required.
