Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for internal staff.
- Maintain and perform regular updates on computer systems, printers, and network equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support and user guidance.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new software applications.
- Monitor system performance and help identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control.
- Help with data backup procedures and ensure data security compliance.
- Collaborate with the team on various IT projects and digital initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
