Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and test new solutions.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and data privacy protocols.

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) or networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
