Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees, resolving basic hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system health checks and basic network troubleshooting under the guidance of IT engineers.
- Support the migration, installation, and updating of company-standard software applications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment in the Shah Alam facility.
- Assist in the maintenance of server room infrastructure and structured cabling documentation.
- Support the team in documenting IT procedures and technical FAQs for internal end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong passion for hardware troubleshooting, PC assembly, and basic network configurations.
- Familiarity with Windows OS environments and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Possession of your own transport is an added advantage for site mobility.
