We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Lead to take ownership of the technological backbone of AnchorEd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring robust cloud operations, and implementing top-tier security measures. As we scale our AI-driven systems, your expertise will be critical in enabling a stable, secure, and highly scalable digital environment.
You will act as the guardian of our systems, managing a suite of SaaS tools and providing high-level IT support to ensure business continuity. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AnchorEd infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and assets.
- Oversee the management and optimization of SaaS tools to maximize team productivity and collaboration.
- Provide expert technical leadership and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of AI-driven system deployments.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, best practices, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Lead, Systems Administrator, or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and data protection.
- Experience managing SaaS ecosystems and providing enterprise-level IT support.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and scalable system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience.
