Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations to ensure optimal performance and security
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team through effective coaching and performance management
- Design and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for IT services
- Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and cybersecurity initiatives to protect organizational assets
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate technology solutions with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols
- Proven track record in IT project management and budget oversight
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
