Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical tutorials in areas such as Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity.
- Prepare and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools in accordance with academic standards.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, guiding them on project work and career pathways.
- Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of industry trends and pedagogical advancements.
- Collaborate with faculty members on departmental research initiatives and curriculum enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with industry partners to facilitate student internships and practical learning opportunities.
- Participate in student recruitment events and academic committees as required.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a tertiary institution or significant relevant industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), Database Management, or Network Security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
- Demonstrated ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching technologies.
- Passion for student development and commitment to academic integrity.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA) are highly desirable.
