Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical tutorials for diploma-level IT modules.
- Develop and update comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment rubrics.
- Guide students through project-based learning in software development, networking, and database administration.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students to support their professional development.
- Monitor student academic progress and provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams.
- Collaborate with faculty members to review and enhance the IT curriculum to remain industry-relevant.
- Supervise laboratory sessions and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols for network and hardware labs.
- Participate in department meetings, academic events, and professional development training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, or industry-related technical roles.
- Strong foundational knowledge in programming (Java, Python, C++), networking (CCNA), or cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud tech.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to speak additional local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet academic deadlines.
