Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and delivery
- Oversee daily operations of internal IT systems ensuring optimal performance and security
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through technology innovation and process automation
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams
- Monitor IT infrastructure and proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT management experience in retail sector
- Proven track record of leading successful IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, security protocols, and system integration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly desirable
