Join GECO Asia Pte. Ltd as an IT Manager and lead our service delivery operations in a hybrid work environment based in Alabang. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with ITIL certification who can effectively manage our IT infrastructure, lead a team of IT professionals, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

- Lead service delivery operations and ensure high-quality IT service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management
- Proven experience in managing SLAs and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and best practices
- Experience in client relationship management and satisfaction
