- Oversee planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems
- Lead MIS operations including network administration, database management, and cybersecurity
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software
- Coordinate technology integration across manufacturing and logistics departments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Expertise in MIS systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols
- Proven track record in IT project management and budget oversight
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and industrial technology solutions
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP) preferred
