Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols to ensure operational stability
- Develop and execute IT strategic plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements, and technology procurement processes
- Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and IT governance
- Strong project management skills with experience in complex technology deployments
- Industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly preferred
- Excellent strategic planning and vendor management abilities
