Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all IT operations including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Oversee system implementation, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology innovation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years progressive IT management experience
- Strong expertise in healthcare IT systems and compliance standards
- Proven track record in infrastructure management and cloud technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, ITIL, PMP) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
