Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute IT strategies to align with the hospital's long-term digital roadmap and operational goals.
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of hospital-wide networks, servers, and clinical management software.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team to provide 24/7 technical assistance and rapid incident resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and hardware procurement to optimize IT infrastructure costs.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to implement and integrate new digital health initiatives and electronic medical record systems.
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity protocols to safeguard vital patient data and system functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong technical expertise in network architecture, server administration, and enterprise security management.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and handle critical system outages under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical staff.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are highly preferred.
