As an IT Manager / Assistant Manager, you will oversee network operations, server management, and cybersecurity measures. You will lead IT projects from conception to completion, manage budgets, and foster relationships with key vendors. Your leadership will be essential in mentoring the IT support team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance and performance management.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor network infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and ensure data protection.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and software.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and propose solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, servers, and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and ITIL framework is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are an advantage.
- Experience in vendor management and budget planning.
