Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Lead cloud security protocols and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Manage cloud disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for cloud migration projects
- Monitor cloud performance metrics and SLA adherence
- Mentor cloud operations team members and upskill staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 5+ years cloud operations management experience
- AWS/Azure/GCP professional-level certification required
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud automation tools
- Strong background in cloud security and compliance
- Proven track record of managing cloud migrations
- Experience with retail/enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
