Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the company's digital transformation roadmap, identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to optimize business processes and drive operational excellence.
- Oversee the MIS department, ensuring high availability, performance, and robust security of all information systems, networks, and databases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives, managing the full lifecycle of technology projects from conception to deployment.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, governance frameworks, and cybersecurity standards to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR, Sales) to identify system requirements and deliver tailored MIS solutions and real-time reporting dashboards.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and cloud services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget and defined scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specifically overseeing MIS or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects, including ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF, or Agile Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to the diverse stakeholder environment.
