- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and support teams across multinational operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives and SGX compliance requirements
- Oversee IT project lifecycles, including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery systems are maintained
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology innovation across departments
- Manage IT service delivery, SLAs, and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology with corporate strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive IT management experience in MNC environments
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong vendor management experience and strategic procurement skills
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly desirable
- Experience working with SGX-listed companies or financial institutions preferred
