Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and network segments to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, firewalls, and VPNs to protect company data and assets.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to minimize system downtime.
- Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and procurement processes for hardware and peripherals.
- Conduct regular system backups and develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal staff regarding IT systems and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Manager, Network Administrator, or System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and routing technologies.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Server+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
