Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support staff, conducting performance reviews and providing technical training.
- Implement and enforce robust network security measures to protect sensitive company data and prevent cyber threats.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Handle vendor management and contract negotiations for IT services and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar senior technical role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), server administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and IT projects within deadlines.
