Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Lead the digital services team in implementing and maintaining robust IT solutions
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and continuously improve security protocols
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement
- Implement digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT team members
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and address IT needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital services
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable
