We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Engineer - Advanced to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our critical network infrastructure. You will oversee the expansion and upgrade of existing facilities, including site rollouts that require occasional visits to ensure seamless implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN solutions.
- Lead site rollout initiatives and perform on-site technical assessments for new infrastructure expansions.
- Configure and manage enterprise-grade firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure optimal security and performance.
- Monitor network traffic and proactively troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and operational needs.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and upgrades to support future growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
- Certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent advanced networking certification.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and managing large-scale network environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and routing technologies.
- Experience with network security best practices and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
