Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, and system infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems promptly.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and routine backups.
- Document technical procedures, IT asset inventories, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Boon Lay, West Region.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are highly advantageous.
