Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT network and infrastructure team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions.
- Oversee server administration, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical business applications and communication platforms.
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols, including firewall management, intrusion detection, and data encryption.
- Manage hardware and software lifecycles, from procurement and configuration to maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technical requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with ISPs, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in network administration or IT infrastructure, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF) and hardware (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti).
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services.
- Active certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying system bottlenecks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu City and handle on-call responsibilities during critical system emergencies.
