This critical role involves supporting and maintaining network infrastructure and data center environments across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our clients' IT systems, including network hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues in data center environments
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions
- Document network configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices
- Provide expert guidance on network architecture and design for new projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Certification in Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking platforms preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
