Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 first and second-level technical support for network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitor and maintain data centre environments, including power, cooling, and physical security systems
- Implement network security measures and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect critical assets
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports for compliance and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated technical problems
- Conduct regular network performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Network support with data centre exposure
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and infrastructure
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
