Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal staff across all digital platforms
- Act as primary point of contact for inbound service requests and technical assistance
- Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation
- Implement security patches, system updates, and access controls
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL practices
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
